Families must feel safe in their communities.

That’s why in Congress, Peter voted to add 100,000 more law enforcement officers across America, including right here in the first congressional district. As our Secretary of Revenue, Peter added new state law enforcement positions to keep our children and communities safe from counterfeit products and toxic substances. In the Assembly, Peter was a lead author of a law that provides survivor benefits to the families of fallen officers. In Congress, he will continue to work across the aisle to support law enforcement and keep our communities safe.
